Our approach

Our website follows the brand and design standards described in our internal Marketing playbook, including a disciplined visual hierarchy, generous white space, and consistent typography. We build on that foundation with accessibility practices aligned to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility.

Ongoing work includes:

• Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background across every page, consistent with our approved brand palette.

• Providing text alternatives for images so screen readers can describe their content.

• Structuring headings, forms, and navigation so the site can be read and operated with a keyboard alone.

• Writing descriptive link and button text rather than vague labels such as "click here."

Testing new pages and landing pages against these standards before publishing, alongside our standard brand review.
