Shipping Policy
ONE Industrial Works Inc. builds engineered FRP solutions to order for infrastructure, industrial, and municipal projects. Because these are engineered products rather than stocked commodity goods, our shipping process is built around transparency and advance planning, not surprise delivery windows
Lead times
Every quote states our standard lead time clearly before you place an order. Lead time varies by product complexity, resin and reinforcement selection, and current production schedule.
-
Standard lead time is confirmed in writing on your quote or proposal.
-
Expedited production is available on select orders. Any expedited option comes with the exact premium cost stated upfront, so there are no surprise fees.
-
Risk factors that could affect a stated timeline, such as resin supply constraints or customs processing on imported components, are disclosed to you as early as possible rather than discovered after the fact.
Order processing
Once your order is confirmed through our quoting system, it moves into production according to the engineering and reinforcement specifications agreed in your proposal. You will receive confirmation of your order and an estimated ship date at that time.
Freight and delivery
Shipping method, freight terms, and delivery scheduling are confirmed with you before your order ships, since large or custom structural components often require specific handling, rigging, or site-access coordination on your end. Your sales specialist will work with you directly on these logistics.
Delays and communication
If a delay occurs, whether from a resin supply constraint, a customs hold on imported material, or a production issue, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of it rather than waiting until your expected delivery date passes. We treat reliability as a core part of what we sell, so we do not overpromise a delivery date to win an order.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.
-
Confirm the quantity and condition of materials against your packing list.
-
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
-
Photograph any damaged material and contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g. 48 hours] of delivery so we can begin a claim with the carrier or, where applicable, our cargo insurance.
Damage that is not noted at delivery and reported promptly may be more difficult to recover through a freight claim, so timely inspection protects you as much as it protects us.
International and customs-related orders
If your order involves imported components or materials, applicable customs processing and import duties may affect the final delivery timeline. These factors, where known, are called out in your quote so you can plan around them.
